On a business or professional level this is good match but on a personal or emotional level it isn't so good. To you the Arian is a boundless source of energy. Always full of life and eager to get things done. He seems to be more forceful and stronger than you are. You are astonished by his habit of putting ideas into practice as soon as they enter his head. His directness and practicality appeal to you.

Virgos see what has to be done and see no point in wasting time doing it. This is parallel to the Arian, in that to him it is the doing that interests him. Your motives are different, but you both like to get things done.

Virgos are worriers whereas the Arian never seems to worry. This seems wonderful to you because you have a tendency to have second thoughts. He is never tired out by the struggle and people don't take offence to his actions whereas you often are tired out and frequently have people take offence. He is a reliable source of strength and effectiveness which to you is a source you can draw on when the need arises.

What concerns you about an Arian is that he is not perfect and he appears to act before he thinks, frequently does things the wrong way as a result. Because he does things before thinking them through, and sometimes has to redo things, you get annoyed at this. You can't understand how someone with the ability to take direct and effective action can waste so much of his effort. The effectiveness of his actions is not what interests him, it is the fact that he lives for the moment. To him your ability to always know a better way of doing things interests him, but your considerations regarding timing infuriate him though. Your need to do things for everyone's benefit confounds him. He never thinks of others, his interests are totally focused on himself, not that he doesn't care. To him you are a pessimist because you consider the possibility of failure. Failure never occurs to him.

In a business relationship you will do things at his speed but in your way therefore everything will go well. As friends, if you have some projects in hand you will get along very well. As lovers you are not well matched. He wants to be energetic, forceful and passionate; you want to take things cooler. A marriage where things are approached on a team bases with set objectives is a good pairing, but if you want a quiet intimate environment he isn't the one for you.
